Available arrangements include 1, 2, 3 or 4 tiers of LEDs providing a wide range of effective intensities in all IALA approved colours.
MaxiHALO-60
Is a revolutionary high intensity LED light source that allows for an easy upgrade to LED technology without having to replace existing lanterns. MaxiHALO-60 operates in most Tideland Signal lanterns, such as the ML-300, ML-155 and ML-140, and those of our competitors. It is also used in the new range of MLED products.

DA-65M
LED light source for MLED-120E and MLED-120SC. Tideland’s oldest LED flasher, currently in use in over 50 countries. The unique design enables the user to vary the number of LED tiers used making this a very versatile and popular component for Tideland’s 120mm lantern products.
MLED-RETRO
Series are high intensity, LED light sources that replace existing standard incandescent flasher/lampchangers in marine lanterns. MLED-RETRO is available in a range of configurations, with both AC and DC versions, as well as LEDs packaged in single, double and forward facing (range light) assemblies. MLED-RETROs allow for an easy upgrade to LED technology and are suitable for use in Tideland’s ML-140 and ML-155 marine lanterns, RL-200 range lantern, TRB-220 and TRB-400 rotating beacons and are compatible with most other standard marine lanterns.
ML-300 (>10Nm range)
Lantern is suitable for a wide range of marine applications such as lighthouses, landfall beacons, offshore platforms, and channel markers.
ML-155 (+5Nm range)
Marine signal lantern is used in thousands of installations worldwide to mark buoys, offshore structures, channels, bridges, barges and docks.
ML-140 (+5Nm range)
Is ideal for use as an aid to navigation wherever a wide-angle vertical divergence of the light beam is required. The use of wider light beams is recognised as an important factor in compensating for buoy angles of roll and heel.
ML-300 HI (+18Nm Range)
AC-powered, high-intensity beacon is an economical alternative to costly rotating beacons. The ML-300 HI meets the range requirements for a U code main light on North Sea platforms.
TF-3B MicroPower Omnibus II
Is a completely automatic six-place lampchanger for use in Tideland Signal marine signal lanterns. It is also compatible for use inside other manufacturers' marine signal lanterns.
TF-3AC flasher/lampchanger
Is a popular choice for bridge light and dock light applications when installed in the ML-140 or ML-155 MaxLumina marine lantern.
LC-70 lampchanger
Utilises a 70 watt High Intensity Discharge (HID) Metal Halide lamp that produces a light source with a range in excess of 24 NM when used in the TRB-400 MaxLumina® Gearless Drive Rotating Beacon.
FLAC-300
Flasher/lampchanger is a completely automatic 120-volt AC, solid-state flasher and four-place lampchanger for use in a marine lantern.
DuoFlash ™
Flasher utilises Tideland's MicroPower OMNIBUS ® II circuit. The unit is fitted with a twin-filament lampholder and is suitable for lamps rated from 2 Watts to 40 Watts.
DuoFlash® Ex

6- and 12-Volt Lamps
All 6- and 12-volt lamps from Tideland are single-contact, prefocused marine signal lamps that can be used with standard Tideland lampchangers in the ML-300 lantern, the RL-125 and RL-355 range lanterns, and the TRB-300, TRB-355 and TRB-400 rotating beacons. In the ML-155 and ML-140 lanterns, however, only S-8 and smaller envelope sizes (T-3.5, T-2.6, T-2.4) can be used.
TRB-400
Up to 24Nm range and available with or without a waterproof housing and fitted with a dust cover.
TRB-220
Up to 20Nm range, available in a waterproof housing.
RL-200 MaxLumina ® range lanterns
Are used to mark entrance channels, rivers, canals and straight reaches of channel across bays. With two RL-200s, one positioned above and behind the other, the navigator can establish the channel centreline by keeping the lights vertically aligned.
RL-355 MaxLumina® lantern
Is a high-efficiency range lantern that can be powered by a small solar generator. Depending upon the lamp used, the lantern is effective for short and long ranges and for daytime and nighttime operation. Daytime visibility of 5 miles is attainable.
BRIDGE LIGHTS
Tideland light assemblies using ML-155 MaxLumina signal lanterns are popular worldwide for marking bridges and other structures over navigable waters. The number, position, and character of these lights depend primarily on the bridge type and fender locations and are usually specified by Government regulations.
Bridge lights are also available with standard pedestals for upright installation on bridge piers and abutments as well as on deck ends. In North America, bridge lights mostly show a 180-degree red light, a 360-degree green light, or alternate red and green sectors, elsewhere it is normal practice to mark safe passage under bridges with a White flashing character, in the centre, and Red and Green flashing, lateral markers, on the flanks, as required by the IALA Maritime Buoyage System.
