EAM Marine Life rafts & Life jackets

Topaz 4 and Topaz 6 Inflatable Marine Life Rafts

Inshore/ Coastal Life Raft for Sailor's, Yachtsmen and Pleasure Boaters

These rafts feature a compact, single tube design yet include self-erecting canopy with two door openings and an inflatable boarding ramp. Round buoyancy tube design for added stability is manufactured entirely from durable military specification fabric (MIL-C-17415F, Type 16, Class AA). Tube is divided into two bulkheaded compartments for redundancy if punctured. Comes complete with CO2 inflation system, ballast bags, water activated locator light, outside lifelines, inside grasp lines, and survival kit.

Available in soft pack fabric valise or hard pack fiberglass container.

Topaz 4 has a capacity of 4 persons. Topaz 6 has a capacity of 6 persons.

Triumph 4 and Triumph 6 Marine Life Rafts

Offshore/Open Seas Life Raft for Sailor's, Yachtsmen and Pleasure Boaters

These self-inflating rafts are built tough and durable with a twin-tube design providing more buoyancy, safety, and comfort. Raft fully inflates in 15 seconds with canopy up and in place. There are two door openings in the high visibility canopy offering superior air circulation. Easy entry ramp and large water ballasts increase stability and add protection and comfort. Buoyancy tubes constructed entirely of nylon fabric, coated inside and outside with neoprene rubber that meets military specifications (MIL-C-17415F, Type 16, Class AA).

Available in soft pack fabric valise or hard pack fiberglass container.

Marine Triumph 4 has a capacity of 4 persons. Marine Triumph 6 has a capacity of 6 persons.

Marine 4AS, Marine 7AS and Marine 10AS Life Rafts

Compact, Lightweight Offshore Life Rafts for Sailor's and Racers

Using EAM's proven aviation technology, these twin-tube rafts provide superior performance in a smaller, lighter package. Buoyancy tubes are made from two-ply FAA approved, neoprene rubber coated fabric. These rafts feature inflatable boarding ramps for easy entry, self-erecting canopies, and insulated double floors for insulation. Composite inflation cylinders help keep the weight low. Packed in soft fabric valise.

These rafts also include these deluxe features:

· Automatic erecting heavy duty canopy made for 200 Denier nylon.
· Canopy colored bright fluorescent orange outside and soothing blue inside to prevent sunlight from shining through leading to sea sickness.
· Flashlight (2 x AA lithium battery size) mounted inside to canopy arch for quick access.
· Interior, lithium powered light mounted to canopy arch. Light activates automatically upon inflation and can be turned off in daytime to conserve battery life.
· Two (2) adjustable position storage bags each with two individual pockets.
· Black seam tape on all tube corners for added strength.
· Instruction markings screen printed to placards mounted on life raft tube.

Marine 4AS has a capacity of 4 persons. Marine 7AS has a capacity of 7 persons. Marine 10AS has a capacity of 10 persons.

Triumph II Inflatable Recreational Personal Flotation Device - USCG Approved

The EAM Triumph II inflatable personal floatation device (PFD) consists of one inflatable cell and its inflation system. The fabric covering the cell has Velcro strips that maintain the PFD neatly folded. The PFD is worn about your neck and fastened about you with a belt strap. The PFD is designed to be lightweight and comfortable so it can normally be worn deflated while on your boat. The Triumph II comes in your choice of three colors: bright yellow, safety red, and navy blue.

Should the need arise, activation of the PFD's CO2 inflation mechanism punctures a self-contained carbon dioxide cylinder and discharges this harmless gas into the inflatable cell. The cell then inflates; breaking open the Velcro closure strips of the folded PFD to provide approximately 35 pounds (150 N) of buoyancy. The oral inflation tube provided can be used for topping the PFD off by mouth. The inflation system can then be rearmed, a new CO2 cylinder installed, and the PFD can be folded to be used again and again.

The Triumph II inflatable PFD is designed for persons at leasadults weighing more than 80 lbs. (36 kg) with chest sizes between 30 and 52 inches (76 to 132 cm) and is available in four different models:

Model No. P01080-101 Manual Inflation System/Standard Belt Strap

USCG Type III PFD. USCG Approval No. 160.076/5016/0.This manually activated PFD has a carbon dioxide (CO2) cylinder and its activating mechanism, as well as an oral tube to blow air into the cell in the event of failure of the inflator mechanism. The primary method of inflating this model PFD is by pulling down hard on the red handle marked "JERK TO INFLATE".

Model No. P01080-103 Manual Inflation system with Automatic Back-up/ Standard Belt Strap

USCG Type V PFD. USCG Approval No. 160.076/4009/0. This manually activated PFD with automatic inflation backup has a carbon dioxide (CO2) cylinder and its activating mechanism, as well as an oral tube to blow air into the cell in the event of failure of the activating mechanism. The primary method of inflation is by pulling down hard on the red handle marked "JERK TO INFLATE". This PFD also has a replaceable, water-sensitive bobbin, which will cause a spring mechanism to inflate the PFD automatically within 10 seconds after being immersed in water.

This model PFD can be easily converted from manual inflation with automatic backup to manual only inflation. You may choose to convert this PFD to manual inflation if the PFD has inadvertently inflated in the manual/automatic mode or there is a probability of premature automatic inflation due to high humidity, rain, heavy fog, or splashing.
Pockets are provided inside the PFD for storing a spare CO2 cylinder and a yellow manual inflation conversion cap when not in use.

Model No. P01080-201 Manual Inflation System/Sailing Harness
USCG Type V PFD. USCG Approval No. 160.076/8002/0. Same manual inflation system as the P01080-101, but this model includes an integral, built-in Off-Shore Racing Council (ORC) sailing type safety harness. When used, the attachment hardware of a tether line (not included) is secured through both D-rings on the front of the PFD.

Model No. P01080-203 Manual Inflation system with Automatic Back-up/ Sailing Harness
USCG Type V PFD. USCG Approval No. 160.076/8205/0. Same manual/automatic back-up inflation system as the P01080-103, but this model includes the same integral, built-in Off-Shore Racing Council (ORC) sailing type safety harness as the P01080-201.
